Brut

Dry and most consumed Champagne

The most famous among the Champagnes is the Brut Champagne. A Champagne that is dry and only one percent of sugar is equivalent to a maximum of 15 grams of sugar per liter. By the way, most Bruts are 6-8 grams of sugar per liter.

Although the most Champagnes are Brut, there is a great diversity in taste.

The chardonnay gives the Champagne more citrus hint and a fresh taste. Pinot Noir character, style and some slightly heavier flavor. Meunier creates suppleness and fruitness.
